3. Ordering & Payment

  • When ordering, you confirm that all personal information provided (your name, address, phone number) is correct We have COD and online payment options available to you
  • Once an order is made, it can be canceled within 12 hours from the time of placing the order
  • Our company reserves the right to cancel an order if there are any issues with pricing errors, out-of-stock products, and suspicious orders

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We will endeavor to ensure that deliveries are made in accordance with the timelines stated in our Shipping Policy
  • The Mens Booster website does not take responsibility for any delay due to courier companies, natural calamities, strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances
  • Risks of loss or damage of products are transferred to the buyer upon delivery

5. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund policy is as follows:

Eligible for Return/Refund:

  • ✅ Damaged or defective product received
  • ✅ Wrong product delivered
  • ✅ Product not delivered but marked as delivered

Not Eligible for Return:

  • ❌ Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
  • ❌ Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • ❌ Change of mind after delivery

Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any return or refund request
